haveconsult was founded by Nick Brown, an entrepreneur, operator and industry advisor with over 15 years’ experience across the cycling, bike share and micromobility sectors.
Nick has built and scaled businesses across the UK and Europe, working at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy and public sector delivery. His experience spans launching new ventures, securing and delivering contracts, building teams and scaling services in complex, regulated markets.
Originally trained as a lawyer, Nick moved into entrepreneurship early in his career, founding and growing businesses within the cycling industry before moving into senior leadership roles in shared mobility. This combination of legal, commercial and operational experience underpins a highly practical approach to strategic advisory.
Alongside his commercial work, Nick plays an active role in shaping the future of the cycling and micromobility sectors. He serves on the board of European Cycling Industries and contributes to industry working groups focused on bike share, leasing and sustainable transport policy at a European level.
This combination of hands-on operational experience and policy engagement allows haveconsult to bring a uniquely informed, commercially grounded perspective to advisory work.
