haveconsult was founded by Nick Brown an entrepreneur and industry advisor with over 15 years of experience across the cycling, mobility and micromobility sectors.
Nick began his career in law before moving into entrepreneurship, founding and building businesses within the cycling industry and later scaling operational businesses within the shared mobility sector.
Through these roles he has gained first-hand experience of the challenges founders and growing businesses face — from launching new ventures and securing clients to building teams, scaling operations and navigating complex markets.
Alongside his commercial work, Nick has played an active role in shaping the development of the cycling and shared mobility industries at a policy level. He serves on the board of European Cycling Industries and contributes to industry working groups focused on bike share, leasing and sustainable transport policy.
This combination of entrepreneurial, operational and policy experience allows haveconsult to bring a uniquely practical perspective to strategic advisory work.
